#543 Mendocino Lighthouse

This image was taken somewhere in Mendocino, California.
You may notice the hummingbird pictures in my portfolio. This is the picture I was after when I ran right into a thicket of Fuscia flowers with hummingbirds flying all over the place. Hovering just arms length from my face. It was an amazing experience! Oh yeah, the light house….Well, I got the shot. It isn’t as good as I would have liked it to be, but I was trespassing on private property, and risking what is a serius offense in farm country. I settled for this shot because it was as close as I could get without being seen.
